Hello, everyone.
Uncharted is a learning platform built around doing. Every lesson follows the same loop: predict what will happen, manipulate the idea, inspect the result, explain why it happened, and try it again in a new situation.
That loop is deliberate. It is easy to rush through content or let an assistant do the thinking for you, and neither leaves much behind. Uncharted is designed to help you build mental models that stay useful when the example changes, so what you learn holds up outside the lesson that taught it.
The path should feel friendly and memorable, while the learning itself stays honest.
Uncharted has a generous free tier, and I intend to keep access out of the way of learning. It exists partly because I taught myself programming with resources people shared freely, and this is a way of giving some of that back.
If you have a question, a bug report, a course request, or an idea for making a lesson clearer, I would be glad to hear from you.
